I Like Pretty Things

i wrote a poem, a pretty poem
dont be a playa hatea this still counts as a poem
this is a poem, a pretty poem
so hand me first prize for the worlds best poem

Flirty flowers flick the air,
the petals falling in my hair,
I leave them there cause I don't care!
I wish that they were everywhere!
Cause I like flowers, yes I do.
My favorite colors: red and blue,
but I like all the others too;
I think that they smell good, do you?

Hats! You can put them on your head!
I sleep with my collection every night in my bed.
I have big hats, and little hats,
and silly hats too!
I even have a monkey hat
from Honolulu zoo!!

Ice cream!
It doesnt even count.
If you think that you eat more than me
im calling you out
cause i hear the ice cream truck,
but i dont scream, i dont shout
i buy the ten gallon jug
with my costco discount

I like flowers.
I like hats.
This is a poem of my favorite things
I like to write poems cause they give me wings

P stands for Poem, lets hear it for P-Pain

You know i got some favorite things too
like spaghettios and yellow balloons
but today im gonna autotune
about furry little kittens

i like to pet fuzzy kitties
i like to hold baby kitties
kitties make my favorite sound
(meow!)

poems are the shiit~
take mushrooms of expression
you can use them to show happiness
or sadness and depression
theyre like open windows to your soul
so paint a picture that you know
will reach the heart of average joe
and show the world where you can go

now its up to you
the doors ajar its time to choose
its you thats gotta walk on through
we live life once, whats there to loose
go outside and write your feelings
have a picnic, bring an orange
in real life there is no ceiling
Nothing rhymes with orange!

i wrote a poem, a pretty poem
dont be a playa hatea this still counts as a poem
this is a poem, a pretty poem
so hand me first prize for the worlds best poem
